Your new role
As an HR Recruitment Consultant, you will find recruitment solutions for our clients and match candidates with their next employer within the HR Sector. Working in a team, you’ll thrive in an environment that is inclusive, collaborative and motivating. We will provide you with more than just a job, you will be challenged and celebrated, a great exposure in a competitive tenured market with on-going live roles. A new industry to learn in HR and a chance to have visibility and engagement with the business and senior level clients. We will offer you training and a career where you can expect to be:

• Creating new relationships through business development and networking within your market
• Develop and execute effective candidate attraction strategies
• Handling the full recruitment process from actively sourcing candidates, carrying out interviews through to short-listing and onboarding
• Collaborating with your counterparts and with other teams in your office and across Queensland business. 

  
What you'll need to succeed
We hire based on potential and our people are diverse with many different backgrounds. You will have 2+ years’ experience within agency recruitment and ideally already be based in the local region.

• Highly motivated and someone who thrives in a team environment
• Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers through business development
• Driven towards achieving results to progress your career
• Ambitious to think beyond to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates and colleagues
