Your new role
Join our national Hays Strategic Account Management team as a Strategic Account Partner. This is a full-time, 12-month contract with the potential to become permanent. This role is based in Sydney CBD and commencing immediately.
In this role, you’ll manage key customer relationships, focusing on long-term value creation, strategic alignment, and partnership development.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for tactical stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring Managers, Procurement, and People & Culture teams across a national client portfolio.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business goals, culture, talent needs, and engagement strategy.
- Lead service review meetings, ensuring alignment with contracted terms and SLAs, using storytelling techniques to present insights and recommendations.
- Analyse data and provide business intelligence to drive decision-making.
- Ensure recruitment services consistently meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs.
- Support internal teams through operational enablement, training, and upskilling
What you'll need to succeed - Professional presentation and confidence in client-facing environments.
- A commercial mindset with a focus on growth and strategic outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and manage complex stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach to stakeholder management.
- Adaptability and a collaborative team player attitude.
