Your new role
As a Client Engagement Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving strategic business development and client engagement. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions in partnership with our internal teams. This is a client-facing role focused on building long-term relationships, increasing revenue, and delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing strategic sales plans
• Building deep knowledge of client portfolios
• Driving new business opportunities and client retention
• Collaborating with Recruitment Partners to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Representing Hays professionally and upholding our market-leading brand

What you'll need to succeed
You’re a confident communicator with strong commercial acumen and a passion for building relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are resilient to setbacks, and motivated by achieving results. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in business development or client-facing roles
• Strong influencing and consulting skills
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to customer-centricity
• Strategic thinking and a drive to grow revenue
• Tertiary qualifications (preferred but not essential)
