Our Hays Gold Coast office is seeking a full-time permanent Administrator to join our team. This role is commencing immediately.   
    
Your new role   

• Manage inbound telephone enquiries with professionalism and efficiency, aligned with our service delivery standards 
• Provide timely and accurate administrative support to internal stakeholders via a centralised ticketing system 
• Conduct reference checks over the phone 
• Collect and follow up on compliance documentation from candidates 

    
What you'll need to succeed  

• Proven experience in a high-volume customer service environment (e.g. retail, hospitality or call centre) 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Previous experience in an office setting (highly regarded) 
• A confident, friendly, and professional phone manner 
• High attention to detail and accuracy 
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
