Your new role

Working as an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will create engaging relationships with clients and candidates to partner with them for their legal recruitment needs across the Victoria market. You will have full autonomy for managing the recruitment process which will involve;

• Manage an established client base whilst growing a diverse client network through business development and market mapping
• Drive sourcing strategies within your specialist market to connect with top legal talent
• Collaborate with your counterparts and with other teams in your office and across Australia
• Deliver results with the backing of experienced leaders who know your market

What you'll need to succeed
You know that you've got what it takes because you are:

• Highly motivated with 2+ years recruitment experience
• Confident in building partnerships with customers
• Proud of your strong track record exceeding targets
• Driven towards achieving results to progress your career
• Solution focused, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those you encounter
• Ambitious to think beyond to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates and colleagues
• Adaptable and agile, able to constantly seek new opportunities in the market
• Highly collaborative and possess strong interpersonal skills
