Your new role 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Creative Designer to join our Hays internal Marketing team.  Joining Hays, means you’ll be part of a forward-thinking business that’s going places. This is a full time permanent role based in Sydney CBD with hybrid working.  
  
This role focuses on developing a compelling creative marketing materials and assets that engage audiences across traditional and digital channels. This includes digital media, web, email, print collateral, presentations and sales collateral.

As the Creative Designer, this role will play a part in shaping creative identity while ensuring campaign assets effectively support audience journeys. Alongside the strategic initiatives, the designer will also manage the rollout of standardised materials, levering automation and tolls where relevant to enhance efficiency.  
  
Our global network and ways of working mean you’ll be part of something bigger, whilst taking pride in the work you do within a collaborative team. As the Creative Designer, we will empower you to think beyond, redefine standards and evolve the status quo. Key Responsibilities include: 

• Develop compelling, on-brand creative assets across digital and traditional channels including web, email, social media, print, and presentations. 
• Translate marketing briefs into high-impact visual concepts that support campaign and advertising objectives. 
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and global teams to bring campaigns to life and maintain brand consistency. 
• Ideate and execute innovative design concepts that support audience engagement and marketing objectives. 
• Manage end-to-end creative production, including stakeholder communication, workflow prioritisation, and vendor coordination. 
• Leverage design automation tools and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and output quality. 

What you'll need to succeed   

• Proven experience in developing brand-aligned creative assets across digital and print platforms. 
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign) and familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems. 
• Expertise in brand identity development and applying it across various digital touchpoints. 
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools and automation for campaign asset rollout. 
• Video and photographic editing skills for multi-channel execution. 
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 
• A collaborative approach and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. 
• A passion for staying ahead of design trends and emerging technologies.
