Your New Role
Emposo is growing in Australia, and we’re seeking a Customer Success Manager to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Emposo, this national role will bridge our sales and delivery teams, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. This is a full time permanent role based in Sydney CBD.
You’ll lead with clarity and inclusivity, supporting teams with your expertise while building out future talent. This hands-on role is critical to our success, focusing on delivery excellence, customer trust, and service up-selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow key customer relationships as the primary point of contact
- Understand client goals and challenges to deliver tailored solutions
- Ensure high retention and satisfaction through exceptional service
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve services
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery
- Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and customer value
- Advocate for customer needs across the organisation
What You'll Need to Succeed - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years in customer success, account, or engagement management
- Proven success in retention, upselling, and/or customer success programs
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and resolving escalations
- Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools
- Startup or scale-up experience is a plus
