Head of Enterprise Solutions – Asia
This role can be based in either Hays office: Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, or Hong Kong.

Today our Enterprise Solutions (ES) business is a combination of large global MSP and RPO contracts, single country RPOs and a portfolio of strategic accounts. This role reports into the Managing Director of ES, APAC and provides an opportunity to be a part of the development of one of Hays' key businesses in the ASIA/APAC region.

Your New Role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong business acumen and a track record in building and managing teams in multiple locations in a matrix environment. To be successful you will demonstrate confidence, autonomy, and be a hands-on leader with a solid eye for the details.
To be successful, you’ll need to demonstrate experience in the following areas.

Strategy:

Create and implement a strategic plan in the Asia region
Hold senior relationships across the market that helps inform the strategic direction of our services and product roadmap
Contribute to the strategy of the local Hays business and Global ES business
Play a key role in recommending to the Client Executive Committee/Asia board, clients who should be classified as ‘strategic’ and serviced via alternate delivery models

Leadership & Culture Management:

Act as line manager to the Senior Leadership team of ES in Asia and build a high-performance team culture that supports the strategic objectives of ES and is aligned to the Hays values
Work with the senior leadership team on their personal development plans to support the long-term succession planning of the business
Build effective working relationships with all internal stakeholders across the region including the Regional Managing Directors and leaders across corporate services
Commercial & Business Management
Responsible for the commercial outcomes of the Asia ES business, including the achievement of short- and long-term growth targets
Working with the Sales Director, ensure that the sales pipeline is populated with credible new acquisition opportunities, to meet or exceed sales plan requirements
Work with the Director of Delivery, lead the development and determination of the service delivery strategy to strategic accounts
Ensure ES meets the required standards defined by client contractual obligations, local statutory frameworks and Hays Group Risk and Compliance policies
Lead the charge on innovation ensuring the ES business continuously evolves ahead of customer demand

Business Development

Operate as the leading member of the ES senior leadership team, sharing intelligence, resource, expertise while maximising internal cross-selling opportunities
Represent Hays at key external forums to foster and develop key client and legislator relationships so that current and future customer requirements can be anticipated and met leading to new business opportunities
Represent Hays externally as a provider of forward-thinking enterprise services via social media, speaker forums and industry events.
