Your new role 
 
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Partner to join our Hays team in Sydney CBD. This is a full-time, permanent role where you will provide exceptional service and meet the sourcing needs of our clients. By utilising proactive sourcing strategies and effective talent pool management, you will help us achieve our mission of being a lifelong partner to candidates and clients.  
  
In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting high-volume roles in cloud, cyber security, helpdesk, testing, data, systems, and networking. You will also be expected to deliver outstanding service and meet client sourcing requirement.  
 
What you'll need to succeed 

You know that you've got what it takes because you are: 

• Highly motivated and sales driven with 2+ years agency recruitment experience 
• Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers 
• Proud of your strong track record exceeding targets 
• Driven towards achieving results to progress your career 
• Solution focussed, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those your encounter 
• Ambitious to think beyond to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates and colleagues 
• Adaptable and agile, able to constantly seek new opportunities in the market 
• Highly collaborative and possess strong interpersonal skills
