Your New Role
Emposo is expanding in Australia, and we're seeking a key hire for our senior sales team. We're looking for a talented Senior Sales Executive for a full-time, permanent role starting immediately. This position reports directly to the Head of Emposo and has a regional remit.
As an expert in technical solutions and delivery framework you will be first and foremost client driven. You will lead with a clear vision and be known for your inclusive style. You will enjoy working across multiple stakeholders to craft sales strategies and deliver to performance targets.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships within the Hays group.
- Develop key client relationships and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure outcomes.
- Promote Emposo's services to senior clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Run bid workshops and manage final sales proposals.
- Handle client relationships and service processes.
- Write proposals and presentations.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle.
- Provide coaching and support.
What You'll Need to Succeed - Solution sales experience in a tech professional services environment.
- Understanding of workforce solutions ‘as a service’.
- Ability to motivate teams on proposals.
- Knowledge of project methodology, including Agile.
- Experience identifying client challenges and defining solutions.
- Leadership experience with direct and indirect sales teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong client and internal relationships.
- Expertise in managing technical solutions from concept to delivery.
- Trust-building skills with team, stakeholders, and clients.
- Experience in startups/scaleups or fast-growing companies.
- Passion for innovation and industry trends.
