Your New Role
  
As the ANZ Technology Director, you will lead and support the ANZ Hays Technology Recruitment business, ensuring alignment with our overall strategic goals. Your success will be measured by achieving financial targets, engaging and developing our front-line staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your main focus will be on driving performance, enhancing internal and external engagement, and leading the ANZ Technology community.
  
Key Result Areas:
  

• Fee Growth: Drive margins forward in ANZ, increase Perm fees, and enhance overall fee contributions.
• Internal Engagement: Actively participate within the Technology teams, supporting development, engagement, and reward.
• External Engagement: Engage with the Technology Ecosystem, attend events, and provide thought leadership.
• Operational Leadership: Implement strategies that align with overall business goals and strategic priorities.
• Process Management: Oversee and optimise business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Team Leadership: Lead the ANZ Technology Leadership community, providing support and motivation.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse KPIs to measure and improve operational performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other business units to achieve organisational objectives.

  
Typical Duties:

• Represent Technology in PSA/bids & Tenders, supporting leadership teams during the sales process.
• Foster a collaborative performance culture.
• Engage key clients and ensure operational activities stay on track.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Oversee new strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in key round table events to drive market information and enhance market perception.
• Optimise products and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
