Your new role 
  
Our Hays Perth CBD office is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent front facing role commencing immediately and onsite 5 days a week.  
   
This role focuses on all customers being greeted in a professional and courteous manner that supports the Hays brand - face to face, over the telephone and via email. Also providing administrative support to operations as required.    

• Responding to a high volume of emails, phone enquiries and reception enquiries 
• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member  
• Welcome all customers at reception in a professional and courteous manner and advise Hays employees of visitors’ arrival in a timely manner 
• Provide administrative support to the customer support team as required  
• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area including the boardroom, interview rooms and the kitchenette  

   
What you'll need to succeed 

• Must have previous experience in a similar role  
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service 
• Excellent time management, strong organisational and multitasking abilities 
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations 
• Effective communication and questioning skills  
• Demonstrates professionalism, polished personal presentation and warm personality  
• Pro-active and willing to help wherever possible 
• Team oriented
