Your new role
We are currently looking for an experienced recruitment leader to become our newest internal Client Development Manager to join our Hays Perth CBD team. This is a full time permanent role commencing immediately.
 
Working closely with the local leadership team and recruitment consultants, you will be focused on expanding existing client relationships across the Western Australia region. On a day to day this will involve;

• Elevating, and developing key client stakeholder relationships to strengthen knowledge and building customer advocacy for Hays’ recruitment services
• Establishing internal relationships across the Hays teams to facilitate engagement across multiple business units
• Influencing and managing client expectations, including the delivery of PSAs, project tenders and client specific business plans
• Analysing data, case studies and customer solutions to share at regular client review meetings

What you'll need to succeed
As someone who is already operating as a successful individual within the recruitment industry, you ideally have 5+ years’ experience in a recruitment agency environment and will be confident in your ability to build genuine long-lasting relationships. Along with this you will be;

• Solution focused, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those your encounter
• An excellent communicator and able to engage and influence stakeholders both internally and externally
• Committed and confident in developing opportunities with existing Hays clients to  strengthening partnerships by understanding both the industry and individual client business challenges
• A recruitment expert with a diverse background which will enable you to provide practical solutions and share tangible insights to help customers.
