Your New Role

As a Tech Recruitment Consultant, you'll have a blast developing a portfolio of clients, including existing, historical, and target organisations. You'll map organisational structures, technical requirements, and projects for each client. Enjoy regular face-to-face meetings and networking events. Use Hays' internal systems to analyse client data and uncover new opportunities and prospects.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Bring your proactive relationship-building skills and a track record of quick wins and strategic account successes. Strong presentation, negotiation, and client management skills are essential. While technology recruitment experience is ideal, we welcome those who can understand tech organisations and articulate Hays' value proposition.
