Your New Role
In this role, you'll be working alongside a well-established and highly networked team, responsible for developing various markets in SA. With strong growth potential across the public and private sectors, you will leverage Hays' existing relationships in the SA/ANZ market to drive your success.
Your main focus will be on roles across multiple sectors, including various specialist positions such as consultants, project managers, and engineers.
  
What You Will Need to Succeed
Ideally, you are already a successful recruiter looking to evolve and progress your career in this exciting sector. Key to your success will be your ability and passion for networking and engaging with existing and potential customers via events and industry forums locally and across ANZ, becoming a true expert.
  
Skillfully uncovering talent, organisations, and opportunities in various sectors will be paramount. You’ll need first-class communication and engagement skills, and a strategic approach to business development, effectively leveraging leads and existing relationships within the Adelaide team and other Recruitment Consultants.
