About the facility:

Large NFP home, based on the Mid-North Coast of NSW, close to Taree.
 
About the role:

Reporting to the Facility Manager and working alongside the other Clinical Managers, you will be responsible for leading and developing clinical operations and teams at the residential aged care home.
  
This role will be overseeing the Dementia wing of the facility.

You will provide the highest quality aged care services that are consistent with aged care accreditation standards, purpose and values.

  Key duties will include but not limited to:

• Ensuring strong relationships and effective communication is maintained with residents, their families, local community, government departments, allied health representatives and other key stakeholders
• Leading, mentoring and supporting a culture at the home that reflects purpose and values
• Ensuring the home meets all governance requirements as per the aged care accreditation standards
• Effective HR management
• Achieving all clinical objectives and KPIs of the home

 Skills and experience:

• Experience managing high performing teams and cultivating a positive community-centered culture whilst maintaining clinical standards
• Current unrestricted APRHA registration as a Registered Nurse (Essential)
• Current/Previous experience in Clinical Management within aged care industry.
