We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join a well-established aged care provider in Kingaroy, QLD supporting a 100-bed residential aged care facility.

This is a full-time opportunity suited to a confident clinician who enjoys providing hands-on clinical leadership, mentoring care teams, and supporting high-quality resident outcomes within a supportive environment.
The Role Reporting to the Service Manager, the Clinical Nurse will play a key leadership role within the home and be responsible for:

• Providing hands-on clinical leadership and mentoring to care teams
• Overseeing medication management and clinical documentation
• Supporting new resident admissions and discharges
• Assisting with recruitment and workforce planning
• Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and clinical governance requirements
• Supporting positive resident outcomes and team culture

About You To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Previous clinical leadership experience within aged care
• Minimum 2 years recent aged care experience
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening
• Full working rights within Australia

Local candidates are highly preferred.
