About the company:
This Aged Care facility is seeking a Activities Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team based in Bundaberg, QLD. The successful Lifestyle Coordinator will work directly with residents and run programs and activities. 
  
About the role:
As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will receive support from your Facility Manager Nurses and Care team who will assist and advise you, contributing to your success within the role. The successful Lifestyle Coordinator will be supporting an 100-bed facility running programmes and activities for residents with Dementia, Respite and High Care support within a relaxed and homely environment
  
Key Duties:

• Working with your team with rosters 
• Calendar Coordination
• Running different activities to suit all the residents needs. 
• Coming up with new activities & games
• Running bus trips & special events 
• Full training and support provided

  
Essential Criteria:

• Proof of Working Rights
• A fun, outgoing personality with great communication skills
• Covid & Flu vaccinations
• Police clearance 
• Minimum 6-12 months working experience as a Lifestyle Assistant/Coordinator
• Excellent communication skills and presentation

  
Desirable Criteria:

• Excellent communication skills and presentation
• Have experience working in a Residential Aged Care facilities
