About the facility:
The 90-bed residential aged care home situated 2 hours North of Melbourne in the Goulburn Valley has the passion and support from the local community to exist as a thriving Aged Care facility with the team focused on delivering high-quality care.

About the role:
The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for the provision and co-ordination of quality care standards, compliance and education programs that meets the individual needs of the residents and management of the clinical care staff team.

Working Monday to Friday 0700 -1500 Hours 

Duties:

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care sector, including AN-ACC and accreditation standards and processes.
• Coordinate, educate and mentor the clinical staff
• Support the Clinical Manager in all operations of the facility
• Assist the aged care home to strive for achieving 100% compliance with Quality standards 100% of the time

Skills and experience:

• Current Registration as Registered Nurse
• Tertiary qualifications in Health, Nursing or Social Sciences
• Experience in working closely with multidisciplinary teams
