About the facility:
Private Residential Aged Care Facility in Toowoomba, QLD.

About the role:
Full Time - Responsible for the provision and co-ordination of quality care standards, compliance and education programs that meets the individual needs of the residents and management of the clinical care staff team.

Hours 06:00 - 14:00 Monday to Friday (Full Time)

Duties:

• Demonstrate comprehensive Clinical knowledge and experience
• Coordinate, educate and mentor the clinical staff
• Report to Clinical Manager
• Knowledge of continuous quality improvement principles and accreditation

Skills and experience:

• Current AHPRA Registration as Registered Nurse
• Tertiary qualifications in Health, Nursing or Social Sciences
• Experience in working closely with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience working as a Senior Registered Nurse in Aged Care
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
