About the role:
As the Clinical Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role supporting the Facility Manager in the day-to-day operations and clinical oversight of the home. You’ll lead a team of dedicated nurses and care staff, ensure high standards of care, and help drive continuous improvement.
  
About you:

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
• Minimum 12 months of experience in a Clinical Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong clinical knowledge and aged care compliance understanding
• Confident communicator and team leader
• Passionate about delivering high-quality care to residents
