About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Educator to join our passionate team and make a meaningful impact across 11 aged care homes in Western Australia and one in the Northern Territory.
  
In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, engaging education and training to our clinical and care teams. This is more than just clinical skills—your role will span leadership, communication, and person-centred care training, ensuring our teams are empowered, confident, and compliant.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging training sessions across multiple sites (WA and NT).
• Design and deliver education programs tailored to various roles and learning styles.
• Support clinical governance and professional development across the homes.
• Foster a positive learning culture that aligns with our values and standards.

  
About You:

• AHPRA-registered nurse with significant clinical and facilitation experience.
• Proven ability to deliver education beyond the clinical scope – including soft skills, leadership, and values-based training.
• Adaptable and flexible mindset with a strong commitment to aged care.
• Willingness to travel across WA and to the Northern Territory (travel supported).

Location:
