Our client is a national network of medical centers that is growing through acquisitions. They want a sharp, commercially minded ex-consultant to work
You’ve spent a few years in consulting. You can structure a problem, build a model that holds up and put together a deck that lands with a CEO. But you hand it over at the end of every engagement and never find out what happened next.
This role lets you see it through.
Our client is a national network of medical centres that is growing through acquisitions. They want a sharp, commercially minded ex-consultant to work across two areas: buying new businesses and making the existing ones run better.
Why this is a career-making role
M&A experience is one of the most valuable things you can have on your CV. People who have actually done deals, rather than just modelled them, go on to roles in corporate development, strategy and private equity portfolio companies, and eventually into GM and executive positions. You’ll get that experience early, with real ownership.
Here you won’t be the junior member of a deal team. You’ll run the due diligence, coordinate Finance, People, Property and Legal, present to leadership, and then lead the integration once the deal completes. Most people in consulting don’t get that end-to-end view until they’re much more senior.
You’ll report directly to the GM Commercial and Operations, so the leadership team will see your work, which means your progress depends on what you deliver, not on how long you’ve waited.
What you’ll be doing
