About the Role
Reporting to the Program Manager, you'll join the Cyber team as a BA on a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) program. The program aims to reduce key cyber risks including data leakage, unauthorised access and insider threats. You'll partner with Cyber, Infrastructure, Architecture, Risk and Compliance teams, plus third-party vendors.

Duties / Key Responsibilities - Validate and develop personas and use cases for how employees and contractors access and handle sensitive data
- Define functional and non-functional requirements for DLP policies and controls using MoSCoW prioritisation
- Contribute to application and data flow diagrams, mapping where sensitive data is stored, used and shared
- Detail DLP controls, rules and infrastructure specifications with the Cyber and technical teams
- Run high-level change impact assessments to inform readiness and rollout planning
Skills and Experience - Strong track record as a Business Analyst on IT, cyber or security programs
- Proven ability to analyse complex systems, identify risk points and document clear requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation across business and technical teams
- Experience on large-scale enterprise transformation programs
- Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Familiarity with DLP concepts, data classification or tools such as Microsoft Purview highly regarded
- Retail or FMCG experience and CBAP certification (or equivalent) highly regarded
