About the Company
Our client is a PE-backed healthcare group who are consolidating fragmented legacy finance systems onto NetSuite as part of a broader operational efficiency transformation.
A PM is already in place and delivery is underway. They now need a Business Analyst to own the business readiness. This isn't a delivery mechanics role. The PM owns scope, schedule, vendors and governance. You'll own the stakeholder story: walking the finance team through what's changing, why, and how it affects their day to day, then supporting them through SIT, UAT, defect resolution and sign off so they're confident using the new system when it goes live.
Skills and Experience
- Hands-on NetSuite experience, enough to hold credibility with a finance audience (this is a must0
- Genuine stakeholder engagement skills, this is the differentiator for this client
- Confidence facilitating workshops and communicating change to non-technical audiences
- Testing phase experience: SIT, UAT, defect management, business sign-off
- Finance process fluency, comfortable speaking the language of a Group FC and their team
