Allura Partners are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a PE backed Fin-Tech business on a search for a Group FP&A Manager. As the business scales, this role is being created to strengthen FP&A capability and give the executives and board sharper visibility over performance and planning.

Group FP&A Manager | Sydney, Hybrid

The role

• Own and enhance the group's integrated three-statement financial model, including driver-based assumptions and long-range forecasts
• Lead budgeting and rolling forecast processes, delivering monthly Board reporting packs and variance analysis
• Build out financial dashboards in Power BI and turn large datasets into commercial insight for the Executive team
• Run scenario modelling and business cases to support capital allocation and strategic decisions
• Partner closely with the CFO, Executive Leadership Team and Board on planning cycles and performance reporting

What you'll bring

• CA or CPA qualified, Big 4 background preferred
• 3 to 5+ years post-qualification experience in FP&A or commercial finance
• Advanced three-statement financial modelling capability
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or PE-backed businesses highly regarded
