The organisation is going through a period of growth and investment, and is building out a new enterprise marketing function to support its commercial ambitions.
The organisation's Enterprise Markets division partners with corporate, government and not for profit clients to deliver customised learning, leadership and workforce capability solutions, with a dual brand proposition spanning premium executive coaching through to practical, skills at scale capability.
About the role
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this newly created Director role will lead the Enterprise Marketing strategy, operating model and commercial marketing capability driving pipeline, positioning and revenue across the division. You'll bring together existing marketing, content, communications, community and digital specialists into a single, coherent B2B growth function. Expect close partnership with Enterprise Sales, Product, Learning Design, Client Success, Digital, Finance and the Executive Leadership Team, along with genuine influence over how the business goes to market across both brands.

Duties and key responsibilities
- Shape and lead the enterprise marketing strategy from the ground up, setting the plans, budgets and rhythms that drive growth
- Build demand generation and account based marketing programs that fill the pipeline with genuine, qualified opportunity
- Partner closely with Enterprise Sales on the pitches, proposals and narratives that win the big pursuits
- Sharpen brand positioning across the business, crafting propositions that speak directly to each segment and buyer
- Own the KPI frameworks and reporting that connect marketing effort straight to pipeline, conversion and ROI
Skills and experience - 12 to 15+ years' experience in senior B2B marketing, digital, growth or commercial leadership roles
- A track record of building and executing enterprise marketing strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth
- Experience supporting complex B2B sales environments, ideally in professional services, education, training, consulting, SaaS or capability services
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams spanning marketing, content, communications, digital, events and community
- Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budget ownership and supplier management
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation and digital transformation initiatives
