We're partnering with a highly respected Sydney based retail business to find an experienced Finance Transformation Director. Following a PE acquisition, the business is running several significant finance transformation projects and needs a strong project lead to drive them through to delivery.
You'll take ownership of an ERP uplift, an operating model redesign, and a broader process improvement agenda, managing each within agreed timeframes, budget, quality and resourcing.

What you'll bring

• Proven success delivering finance transformation projects
• Proven success on finance ERP projects
• Experience working in a PE backed business highly desirable
• Retail experience is essential
• CA or CPA qualification
• Exceptional stakeholder management and natural leadership
• Strong prioritisation and time management across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable engaging both internal teams and onsite clients
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with strong problem solving skills
• High attention to detail and a results driven approach
