Our client is a national early education provider across multiple states in Australia, operating in a highly regulated environment, with a strong focus on quality, safety, compliance and people-led performance. The business is PE backed and in an active phase of growth and optimisation.

The COO role is central to delivering operational excellence while preserving child-centred, people-first ethos. Leading a large, distributed workforce, you will have direct reports including State Managers, Head of Customer Experience, Facilities Manager. The COO will be responsible for, but not limited to;

• Organic performance uplift (occupancy, workforce stability, margin discipline)
• Integration of acquisitions, and delivery of greenfield developments
• Maintenance of a strong, values-based culture across a people-intensive workforce
• Ensure compliance with health & safety protocols and regulations
• Oversee and collaborate with corporate services (marketing, facilities management, customer experience)
