About the role
This role will lead the design and build of a structured SharePoint environment that makes processes, documents and resources easy to find and maintain. You will work closely with operational stakeholders and content owners to create a practical, user-friendly solution for non-technical teams.

Duties/Key responsibilities - Design and build structured SharePoint sites and pages, including process hubs, document libraries and navigation
- Develop clear information architecture, including metadata, naming conventions, version control and document structure
- Link process steps to supporting documents, templates and resources
- Embed or connect process diagrams into SharePoint to improve usability and visibility
- Create a maintainable solution that allows non-technical users to update and manage content easily
Skills and experience - Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint, including SharePoint Online and modern experience
- Proven ability to build structured SharePoint sites and pages
- Strong background in information architecture and document management practices
- Ability to create clean, intuitive user experiences and practical front-end layouts
- Experience embedding or linking process diagrams, including Visio or similar tools
- Ability to map business processes to relevant supporting documentation and resources
- Experience working in document-heavy or operational environments such as construction, engineering or compliance
- Exposure to Power Automate and Power Apps would be well regarded
- Previous experience building intranet portals, knowledge hubs or process repositories is advantageous
- Understanding of governance and content lifecycle management
