Unified Communications Engineer (UC)- Cisco focused -  $850-$950 per day - Sydney - Hybrid 
 
About the role
This Unified Communications Engineer contract focuses on Cisco voice and contact centre technologies. You will support and enhance cloud-based telephony platforms, working closely with network, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver an enterprise wide Communications uplift. 
 
Duties/Key responsibilities

• Support and manage Cisco UCC and UCCX platforms in a cloud environment
• Deliver and maintain contact centre voice telephony solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve voice and network-related issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders on system improvements and upgrades
• Ensure performance, availability, and security of communication systems

Skills and experience

• Strong experience with Cisco UCC, UCCX, and cloud voice technologies
• Solid background in contact centre telephony (e.g. Mytell or similar)
• Broad networking knowledge (routing, switching, QoS, SIP)
• Proven troubleshooting and support experience in enterprise environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
