Allura Partners are delighted to be partnering with a global asset management firm with a search for a newly created FP&A Manager position. Reporting to the GM Finance, this FP&A Manager role leads budgeting, forecasting and financial performance. It's the sole FP&A role within the division, partnering closely with executive leaders while providing full P&L visibility, insights and strategic financial support.

Duties / Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end budgeting and rolling forecast processes for lending business units
• Deliver detailed financial modelling, scenario analysis and performance insights
• Prepare monthly management reports, board packs and executive presentations
• Provide full P&L analysis including lending portfolio performance and cost drivers
• Partner with business leaders to identify risks, opportunities and strategic initiatives

Skills and experience

• 5+ years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance or financial modelling
• Experience within financial services or non-bank lending environments
• Proven ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes
• Advanced Excel modelling including driver-based forecasting and scenario analysis
• Strong understanding of lending P&L dynamics and financial performance metrics
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• CA / CPA / CFA qualification (or equivalent)
