About the role
Reporting into the Finance Transformation lead, this role is a Business Analyst focused on Oracle Finance reporting. You will lead requirements gathering, root cause analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement across Finance, Operations and Technology to resolve reporting issues and drive sustainable improvements.

- $650 - $750 per day

Duties/Key responsibilities - Lead workshops to gather and document business and reporting requirements
- Diagnose root causes of reporting issues across Oracle and SAP HANA
- Map and document end-to-end finance reporting processes and data flows
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Technology teams
- Drive process improvements and support change adoption across Finance
Skills and experience Essential - Strong Business Analyst experience within finance transformation programs
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Oracle Financials (reporting, configuration, troubleshooting)
- Experience working with Oracle multi-org structures (Ledger/Set of Books, Chart of Accounts, Operating Units, Inventory Organisations)
- Solid understanding of Subledger Accounting, AR billing flows, revenue recognition and O2C
- Strong process mapping, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
- Experience delivering knowledge transfer and training to finance teams
