About the role
Reporting into a senior digital or Martech leader, this role owns Salesforce Media Cloud across platform management, campaign orchestration, inventory and pricing configuration, and workflow automation. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, data and technology teams to deliver retail media monetisation and lifecycle engagement outcomes.

Duties / Key Responsibilities - Configure, maintain and optimise Salesforce Media Cloud and Service Cloud environments
- Manage media inventory, rate cards, pricing structures and campaign objects
- Design and automate CRM sales workflows for bookings, approvals and trafficking
- Oversee integrations across CDPs, analytics, activation and ad tech platforms
- Monitor campaign performance, inventory utilisation and ROI reporting
Skills and experience - 3+ years' experience in Salesforce CRM or retail/digital media roles
- Hands-on Salesforce Media Cloud experience
- Salesforce Admin certification (required)
- Strong understanding of inventory management, pricing and campaign workflows
- Experience with APIs, data integrations, basic SQL or SOQL
- Ability to configure Salesforce data models, objects, flows and permissions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to retail media monetisation and audience activation strategies
