Our client is a large, nationally recognised organisation, headquartered in Sydney. With continued investment in technology and digital capability, they are focused on modernising core systems and strengthening long-term operational performance.
Reporting into the Technology, Data and Digital function, this 5-month contract Business Analyst will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a high-quality RFI/RFP for a major technology initiative. You will support vendor engagement, process design and evaluation activities, contributing to informed technology selection and operational change.
Key highlights:
- 5 month contract (day rate) with strong potential for extension
- Sydney central location (Hybrid)
- Strong experience required delivering RFI/RFPs through to completion
Duties / Key responsibilities - Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements for RFI/RFP documentation
- Develop current and future state process maps, including “as-is” and “to-be” workflows
- Establish and manage stakeholder relationships across business, technical teams and vendors
- Define evaluation criteria including weighting, cost and functionality
- Support vendor review, selection and broader BA activities as required
Skills and experience - Proven experience delivering end-to-end RFI/RFP processes within technology environments
- Strong business process mapping and documentation capability
- Experience across digital, system integration, data or analytics projects
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Understanding of procurement and vendor evaluation frameworks
- Experience in digital or publishing environments advantageous
