Allura Partners are working with a large, nationally recognised organisation with a broad operational footprint across Australia and a workforce of over 1,000 employees. The business is currently delivering a multi-year finance transformation focused on standardisation, system optimisation and building a more insight-led, scalable finance function.
Reporting to the Finance Transformation Director, this 6-month contract role partners closely with Accounting, Finance, IT and reporting stakeholders to standardise processes, optimise ERP (Infor LN) usage and strengthen financial data integrity as part of a broader transformation program.

Duties/Key responsibilities
- Lead current and future state process mapping across Record-to-Report and month-end cycles
- Facilitate workshops to identify process gaps, system constraints and data issues
- Define functional requirements for ERP (LN) optimisation
- Deliver process maps, SOPs, RACI matrices and data dictionaries
- Partner with stakeholders to reduce manual workarounds through process and system redesign
Skills and experience
- Experienced BA with a earlier career or background within Finance
- Strong ERP financial modules experience (LN highly regarded)
- Experience defining reporting hierarchies and financial data structures
- Advanced Excel capability with strong modelling discipline
- Experience in finance transformation or complex environments highly regarded
- Must have worked in small to medium sized business with end-to-end BA responsibilities across a program
