Contract | Melbourne | HR Systems Integration Programme

We are working with a large enterprise organisation undergoing a major HR systems transformation across Australia and New Zealand.

This role sits at the centre of a complex integration programme involving:

• Humanforce (Time & Attendance)
• MicrOpay (Payroll)
• ELMO (HRIS)
• Award / EBA driven payroll rules
• Multi-entity data integration

This is not a generic UAT role. The successful candidate will play a critical role in validating payroll configurations, awards interpretation and end-to-end system integrations as the programme moves through SIT and into UAT.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases across Payroll and Time & Attendance systems
• Validate award / EBA driven pay rules, penalty rates and allowances
• Conduct end-to-end integration testing (Humanforce → MicrOpay)
• Support payroll parallel testing activities
• Identify, document and manage defects
• Work closely with Payroll SMEs, IR stakeholders, IT and project teams
• Support NZ and AU rollout activities

Required Experience

• Strong experience in Payroll systems testing
• Experience with Time & Attendance systems (Humanforce highly regarded)
• Exposure to MicrOpay or similar payroll platforms
• Demonstrated experience interpreting awards / EBAs
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT phases
• Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Ideal Background

Candidates from healthcare, retail, aged care, hospitality or other award-heavy environments will be highly regarded.
