About the role
This Applications Engineer role reports to the Application Services Manager and sits within a collaborative IT team. You'll support key business applications, manage integrations, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure high availability and performance.

Duties/Key responsibilities - Provide timely application support and manage vendor escalations
- Analyse and implement enhancements across the application portfolio
- Maintain strong documentation and knowledge base content
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and business stakeholders
- Uphold ITIL and change management processes
Skills and experience - Degree qualified, with experience in L2/L3 technical support
- Familiarity with D365, Dayforce, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with SaaS application integrations
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in ITIL processes, MS SQL Server, and application configuration
