About the role
Joining the Data & Insights project team, you’ll report into senior leadership and work across finance, operations, and technology. Your core focus will be transforming performance data (particularly FUM) into meaningful insights for executive and board-level reporting.

Duties/Key responsibilities - Source, consolidate, and interpret Funds Under Management data from multiple industry platforms
- Build dashboards and executive-ready performance reports
- Liaise with advice practices to understand data inputs and nuances
- Engage stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology
- Improve data consistency, accuracy, and visualisation standards
Skills and experience - Business/Data Analyst experience within wealth management or investment platforms
- Strong knowledge of FUM, SMA/MDA structures, and adviser platforms
- Proficiency with Xplan and Commpay reporting
- Ability to translate platform data into strategic insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Agile, adaptable, and outcomes-focused mindset
- Desirable: familiarity with HUB24, Macquarie, Lonsec, Morningstar
- Exposure to data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau)
