About the role
This Program Manager will lead a greenfield Workday HRIS implementation end-to-end. Reporting to the executive team, the role partners with senior leaders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver a critical people systems transformation during a period of divestment.

Duties / Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Workday HRIS program delivery
• Establish program plans, governance, and reporting frameworks
• Manage senior stakeholders across the business and vendors
• Coordinate project resources and delivery milestones
• Provide leadership across the program team

Skills and experience

• Proven end-to-end Workday HRIS implementation experience
• Track record delivering complex, cross-functional transformation programs
• Strong senior stakeholder and vendor management capability
• Clear, confident communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-moving environments
