This healthcare group are going through an exciting period of growth and change backed by their PE owners. As the business continues to grow via both organic growth and M&A they are looking Financial Controller to work closely with the CEO to drive the finance function. This role will lead the entire finance function in a Head of Finance style role.  

The key duties of the role will include but not be limited to: 

• Leading the financial group financial reporting process for month end, quarter end, half year and year end
• Prepare and present the monthly board back to the board
• Drive the annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting process
• Work closely with the wider business to support commercial decision making
• Oversee the finance team across all functions of finance
• Manage the external audit process and relationships
• Manage the groups tax compliance with assistance from external advisors
• Continuous improvement of systems and processes to help with the growing scale of the business and integration of new businesses

The ideal candidate for the role will be: 

• CA/CPA Qualified 
• 5+ Years experience working in finance leadership roles
• Big4 experience is preferred but isn't necessary
• Proven people leadership experience to oversee and mentor the team
• A strong communicator to work with a range of both internal and external stakeholders
