Our client is a large, complex organisation undergoing a major supply chain and ERP transformation. With operations across Australia, the business is investing heavily in modern platforms, data integrity and operational resilience to support future growth and scalable wholesale operations.
About the role
Reporting to the Program Director, IT, the Hypercare Manager will lead post-go-live Hypercare for a large-scale D365 Operations transformation. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, vendors and support functions, owning stability, incident response, communications and transition into BAU support.
Duties / Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver the Hypercare strategy across two production releases
- Lead the War Room, incident triage and major incident response
- Coordinate product, engineering, support teams and vendors
- Manage communications, reporting, KPIs and exit to BAU
- Ensure operational, data and financial stability post go-live
Skills and experience - 8-10+ years in service operations or ITIL-based environments
- Proven Hypercare leadership for ERP or mission-critical programs
- Experience with Microsoft D365 F&O or similar ERP platforms
- Strong incident, problem and stakeholder management capability
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps
