About the role
This contract Property Manager will lead a large-scale office relocation, reporting into senior operations leadership. The role partners closely with IT, workplace, external vendors and senior stakeholders, owning end-to-end delivery of the move, including technology and modern workplace tools.

Duties / Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large-scale corporate office relocation end to end
• Coordinate property, facilities, technology and workplace requirements
• Manage external vendors, consultants and service providers
• Partner with IT on technology, systems and modern workplace tools
• Ensure timelines, budgets and risk controls are met

Skills and experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale office relocations or property projects
• Strong understanding of workplace technology and modern office environments
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors
• Commercial, organised and delivery focused
• Experience in complex, corporate environments
