The Opportunity
Join a fast-growing property finance start-up, experiencing hypergrowth, transforming how developers access funding. Leveraging innovative AI-driven platform, this business helps developers progress their projects more quickly and efficiently.

As a Lending Success Manager, you’ll be the primary contact for developers, ensuring applications progress smoothly from enquiry to settlement. You’ll also work closely with the credit, operations, and tech teams to identify workflow improvements and enhance the platform experience.

This role in Sydney CBD (hybrid), offers hands-on exposure to real property deals, plus the chance to shape processes, optimize AI workflows, and expand into new markets nationally and internationally.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Guide developers through the loan application and settlement process
• Collect and manage required documents, including financials, valuations, contracts, presales
• Maintain accurate deal data in CRM and AI-driven platform
• Prepare concise deal summaries and key metrics (LVR, LTC/TDC, equity, interest, fees)
• Identify workflow bottlenecks, friction points, and recurring issues, and implement improvements
• Collaborate with operations and AI teams to test system enhancements and provide structured feedback
• Support continuous process improvement, enhancing transparency, speed, and developer experience
• Work directly with the CEO and other Senior Stakeholders on improving processes and day to day operations.

  
What You Bring

• Experience in property-related finance, ideally with a non-bank lender or boutique property finance provider
• Exposure to commercial property lending, development finance, or property valuations
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail with loan amounts, percentages, interest, and documents
• Proactive problem-solving — take ownership and follow through
• Experience contributing to process or platform improvements, including AI-enabled workflows
• Confident using CRM, spreadsheets, and AI-driven platforms
• Clear written and verbal communication — able to summarize deals and explain processes simply
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment in a lean team
