Test Manager - ERP & HCM (Contract)
Location: Sydney / Hybrid
Contract: 4 months
Day Rate: $900-$1000 p/d
Start Date: Immediate

About the role
Reporting into the program leadership team, this role leads UAT across concurrent ERP and HCM testing streams. You'll manage large UAT teams (45+ testers total), oversee JIRA workflows, and drive executive-level test reporting in a high-paced environment.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver UAT across ERP and HCM platforms
• Manage large UAT teams and ensure clear execution
• Design and maintain JIRA workflows, dashboards, and reports
• Conduct defect triage and ensure timely resolution
• Provide clear, senior-level reporting on testing outcomes

Skills and experience

• Proven Test Manager experience on large-scale enterprise programs
• Extensive UAT delivery experience with 20-40+ testers
• Strong JIRA configuration and reporting skills
• ERP and/or HCM testing experience (Workday, Dayforce ideal)
• Strong understanding of finance and payroll processes
• Experience in regulated industries like healthcare desirable
• Confident stakeholder management and risk mitigation skills
