About the role
Supporting the IT leadership team, the Commercial Analyst will provide commercial, analytical, and vendor management support across all IT functions. The role partners with Finance, Procurement, and Legal to ensure contracts and supplier relationships deliver value, compliance, and measurable performance improvements.
Duties/Key responsibilities
- Review and optimise the existing IT spend across the business
- Develop cost models, forecasts, and value analysis for IT spend
- Monitor supplier performance against SLAs and KPIs
- Work closely with the leadership team to understand system usage and utilisation across a range of platforms
- Support governance forums and vendor performance reporting
- Negotiate, draft, and manage IT contracts and service agreements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data, privacy, and procurement standards
Skills and experience - CA/CPA Qualified or working towards
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with advanced Excel or Power BI skills
- Experience in IT vendor management, procurement, or commercial analysis
- Understanding of technology procurement, contract management, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of healthcare or other regulated industries is advantageous
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills
