Working as part of a large scale payroll transformation, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on driving process improvement. The role requires engaging with key stakeholders to deliver meaningful and measurable change in a fast paced and complex program of work.
Duties/Key responsibilities
- Map, analyse and redesign end-to-end business processes using BPMN and APQC
- Create clear documentation including workflows and SOPs
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and performance gaps
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and present insights to senior stakeholders
- Support change initiatives and drive adoption across teams
Skills and experience - 3–5+ years in process analysis or operational excellence roles
- Experience working in large or complex organisations
- Proficiency with process modelling tools (Visio, Signavio, ARIS, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Exposure to HR or payroll domains is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
