The Opportunity
Step into a Finance Analyst role within a high-performing team at a fast-growing and established business. This is a hands-on position that combines financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting with commercial exposure, giving you the chance to partner with business leaders and influence key decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare management reports, P&L analysis, and variance commentary
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities
• Deliver insights to support business decision-making and performance optimisation
• Partner with operational teams to ensure accurate and actionable financial information
• Assist with ad-hoc projects, process improvements, and system enhancements

What You Bring

• Mandatory Big 4 experience (first-mover out of TS OR audit + management accounting/analyst experience )
• CA/CPA qualified
• Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset
• Collaborative, curious, and adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience driving process improvements or supporting system/project initiatives
