We are currently partnering with a growing technology business seeking a Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting its next phase of growth.

This is a hands on, commercially focused role will be supporting decision making across the organisation.

Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll provide clear financial insight, strong governance, and forward-looking analysis in a dynamic, scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end finance function, including month-end close, management reporting, and statutory compliance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Provide insightful financial analysis and commercial recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Partner with product, technology, and operations teams to understand performance drivers
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements
• Enhance financial processes, systems, and controls as the business scale

The ideal candidate for the role will be: 

• CA / CPA qualified
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business
• Hands-on mindset with the confidence to both execute and influence
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
