About the role
This Sydney-based contract role supports the ERP transformation program's hypercare phase. Reporting to deployment leads, the Hypercare Analyst works across business units to ensure smooth post-go-live operations, collaborating with technical teams and end users to resolve D365 issues.

Duties/Key responsibilities - Provide first-line support across sites during hypercare
- Collaborate with technical teams and business users to triage and escalate problems
- Manage and resolve tickets and system issues
- Guide users with system navigation and troubleshooting
- Document resolutions and lessons learned for continuous improvement
Skills and experience - Experience in ERP support, hypercare, or application/business analysis
- Strong understanding of D365, SAP or Oracle in post-go-live environments
- Skilled in ServiceNow, Jira, or other ITSM tools
- Must have experience in retail, FMCG, or supply chain
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in fast-paced, change-heavy settings
